The Board of Directors of the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency will conduct a public hearing on March 24, 2022 to consider changes to Article 7 of Regulation I. The hearing will start at 8:45 a.m. The public can join the public hearing via Zoom by using the following:

The amendments to Regulation I, Section 7.07 (Operating Permit (OP) Fees) would adjust fees to keep revenues in balance with the level of effort to administer the Title V Operating Permit program. The proposed amendments to the Operating Permit fee schedule include increases to reflect the rising cost of administering the program. The last Operating Permit fee increase was in 2012. Additionally, the proposed changes include an update to the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes referenced in the regulation to reflect the series that the Agency currently uses and the elimination of a NAICS code no longer published in the NAICS system manual.
