Grant Opportunities

Electric Yard Truck Grant Program

Objective 1.7 of our 2030 Strategic Plan is to Reduce Harmful Diesel Pollution Emission and Exposure. To work towards this objective, we are seeking partners who are interested in adopting zero-emission yard trucks.

Learn more about Electric Yard Truck Program and hear firsthand experience from companies using electric yard trucks by listening to our Electric Yard Truck Webinar recorded on June 6, 2023.

Other Opportunities

We work to match diesel emission reduction projects with grant opportunities.  If you have a project that will reduce diesel emissions, please submit your idea and we will work with you to see what funding might be available.

Project priorities:

  • Large, old engines (preferably older than 2012)
  • Engines that are used often (preferable daily)
  • Engines that operate within areas or close to businesses or communities with high diesel pollution

Grants typically provide incentives similar to rebates that can cover 25 - 60% of the cost-of a diesel vehicle or diesel engine replacement.
